The Organic Farming Day is organized by the Research Institute of Organic Agriculture FiBL, Sativa Rheinau, Bio Suisse, Bio Vaud and the organic "Knospe" farm Château d'Es-Bons. The organic farm has been certified in accordance with Bio Suisse guidelines since 2017. In addition to arable farming (60ha) and suckler cow husbandry, Christian Streit also produces grapes (5.5ha).
